Parchment is engaged with statuspage.io and we have confirmed the legitimacy of the email some subscribers have received in which they are asked to click on a link to "Confirm Your Subscription." This is a legitimate email communication resulting from work we are doing on our use of Statuspage. Thank you to all of our Members who reached out and we apologize for the uncertainty this caused.
Work is underway to limit the potential for confusion and uncertainty on future communications related to this service.
