The Ellucian eTranscript Integration will be undergoing an upgrade and therefore unavailable from Tuesday March 19, 11:30 PM Eastern until Wednesday March 20, 7:30AM Eastern. During this time Parchment will be unable to accept or process orders for Members using the Ellucian eTranscript Integration. Please contact the Ellucian Action line for more information.

Starting around 12:30 PM PST on 3/28/2024, there were reports of a payment processing issue. We were able to identify and resolve this issue shortly after it was reported. If you were contacted by a learner attempting to submit an order within that hour and they received an error, please have them attempt to resubmit their request.
